All bookings are managed through Airbnb and are subject to their terms and conditions, including payment, cancellation, and refund policies.
Your booking is confirmed only after receiving confirmation from the third-party platform.
2. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to treat Wagtails Watch, its property, and the surrounding environment with care and respect.
You are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning required as a result of your stay. Additional charges may apply.
3. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in: 2:00pm
Check-out: 11:00am
Early check-ins or late check-outs may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability.
4. House Rules
Wagtails Watch is a no-smoking property.
Pets are not permitted unless pre-approved.
Maximum occupancy limits must be adhered to as specified in the booking details.
5. Liability
Wagtails Watch is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during your stay.
Guests must comply with any safety instructions provided during their stay.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and amendments to bookings must be made directly through the third-party platform and will follow their policies.
7. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will only be used to manage your stay and communicate necessary details.

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and any disputes will be handled in accordance with these laws.

Wagtails Watch is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, extreme weather, or government restrictions.

Any special requests (e.g., dietary requirements, accessibility needs) must be communicated in advance. While we will do our best to accommodate, requests cannot be guaranteed.
12. Noise
To ensure a peaceful stay for all, guests are asked to keep noise levels to a minimum, particularly during evening hours.
