1. Bookings and Payments

Bookings can be made directly through the Wagtails Watch website or via third-party booking platforms.

Direct bookings are processed securely through our online booking system and are subject to the payment, cancellation and refund policies displayed at the time of booking.

Bookings made through third-party platforms (such as Airbnb) are subject to that platform's terms and conditions, including their payment, cancellation and refund policies.

Your booking is confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation from the relevant booking platform or our direct booking system.

2. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to treat Wagtails Watch, its property, and the surrounding environment with care and respect.

You are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning required as a result of your stay. Additional charges may apply.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in: 3:00pm

Check-out: 11:00am

Early check-ins or late check-outs may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability.

4. House Rules

Wagtails Watch is a no-smoking property.

Pets are not permitted.

Maximum occupancy limits must be adhered to as specified in the booking details. Only registered guests included in the booking may stay overnight unless otherwise agreed in writing

5. Liability

Wagtails Watch is a working hobby farm. While every effort is made to provide a safe environment, guests stay at their own risk and are responsible for supervising children at all times.

Wagtails Watch is not liable for any personal injury, loss or damage to personal property during your stay, except where required by law.

Guests must follow any safety information and instructions provided during their stay.

6. Cancellation Policy

Direct bookings are subject to the cancellation policy displayed during the booking process and in your booking confirmation.

Bookings made through third-party platforms (such as Airbnb) are subject to that platform's cancellation policy.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will only be used to manage your stay and communicate necessary details.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and any disputes will be handled in accordance with these laws.

9. Changes to Terms

Wagtails Watch reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.

10. Force Majeure

Wagtails Watch is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions or emergency events.

For guest safety, stays may be cancelled or rescheduled where the Fire Danger Rating reaches Extreme (FDI 50+) or where emergency services advise it is unsafe to operate.

11. Special Requests

If you have any accessibility requirements or special requests, please contact us before booking so we can help determine whether Wagtails Watch is suitable for your needs. While we will always do our best to assist, requests cannot be guaranteed.

12. Noise

To ensure a peaceful stay for all, guests are asked to keep noise levels to a minimum, particularly during evening hours.

13. Pricing

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
